Seeking Spanish Speaking Case Manager Assistant to manage a large caseload under the direct supervision of an attorney who works remotely and a Case Manager. We are a small personal injury law firm that primarily handles cases pre-litigation, with some initial litigation work. This job will require self-management and organization. There are many moving parts in this position that require constant re-prioritizing of daily tasks. The right person must be able to stay organized, work well under pressure, and have strong problem-solving skills.Must be able to work well on a team. We are a tight-knit community that works closely together. Must be able to handle many different personalities and work styles.We do a lot of great work and help a lot of people Looking for the right person to fit into our team The tasks this job requires include, but are not limited to: setting up claims with insurance companies, ordering medical records, setting up medical liens, negotiating liens, drafting correspondence, and sending out mailings.Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish.The job is a full-time, in-office position. We are located in Irvine near the airport.Position is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. 1 hour lunch break.Salary: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
