Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. Review vendor Statement of Works provides feedback and recommendations to the CIO. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Update project epics, user stories, and tasks in the Jira Project Management tool and provide summary reports for Client. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs for Phase 3 - Student and Staff data collection of Student Longitudinal Data Systems project. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders Perform requirement analysis and document requirements Translate business requirements into user stories for execution in agile delivery mode * Manage competing resources and priorities. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Demonstrate progressive leadership in the complete life cycle of software development in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and possess excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
