Our client, a leading mechanical contractor, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial and industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of HVAC/R and plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.Monitor project performance and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and budgets. Qualifications: 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC/R and/or plumbing systems.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and building codes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) is a plus.
