Maintenance Account Manager

Position Overview:Tidewater Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking to fill our Garden City Account Manager position. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all field operations within the assigned division.Salary is based on experience for this exempt position. A company truck will be provided. Safety essentials are provided by the company.Responsibilities:Manages and schedules labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish production schedules.Understand contract specifications and ensure they are met and maintain customers' complete satisfaction.Hiring, training, and development of personnel along with performance evaluations.Visit job sites regularly, observe the organization of work, identify and resolve training issues, and take necessary actions to ensure quality.Respond to customer complaints, ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.Investigate any accident or safety violation, prepare appropriate reports, and take action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences. Coordinate between divisions to maximize and leverage company-wide personnel, equipment, and other resources.Education and Experience Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry, 2 of which should be in management-level positions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:A high-integrity leader with strong interpersonal skills who can develop and motivate a team.Ability to effectively present information and answer questions before employees, managers, and customers.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.Physical Demands & Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.An associate that is physically active works indoors/outdoors, interacts with customers, and may be exposed to foreign substances (e.g., chemicals).Regularly required to:Sit or stand for an extended period.Walk on uneven surfaces or climb stairs for an extended period.Work outdoors in various conditions with moderate to loud noise.Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach.Speak and hear.Use vision abilities for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus.Lift to 50 lbs independently and repeatedly.Push and pull equipment.Flexible working schedule to include an occasional weekend.Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Adverse Conditions:Subject to outdoor weather conditions which may include extreme cold, extreme heat, extreme humidity, wet, dusty conditions.Subject to exposure to insects.
