Our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new financial advisor to join our entry-level ranks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help clients achieve their monetary goals. Successful financial planning is rooted in excellent communication, superb math and analytical skills, and smart decision-making. If this sounds like you, apply todayCompensation:$50,000 - $140,000Responsibilities:Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs Job duties include, but are not limited to:Sell & Maintain Life Insurance & AnnuitiesSell & Maintain Assets Under ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clientsProvide tailored financial advice and solutions to clientsManage the sales process from lead generation to closingContinuously learn and apply new industry knowledgeCollaborate with the team and share best practicesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and compliance documentationQualifications:Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools desired Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required A required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related field Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients If you are someone who has:The mindset of a capitalist and the heart of an altruistHigh energy, a strong work ethic, and a positive, optimistic approachA passion for helping people and a strong sense of missionConfidence, resilience, humility, and total commitment to your workIntegrity and trustworthiness in everything you doThe desire to create your own success while making a meaningful impact in your communityRequirements:Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia or West Virginia)Proven ability to sell life insurance products and generate leadsExcellent phone skills, with the confidence to reach out to new prospects and clientsBusiness mindset with a strong drive to succeed and grow a personal businessStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgroundsEagerness and willingness to learn and improveAbout CompanyOur mission is clear: To Do Good in our communities and for the families we serve.For over 175 years, we have been committed to keeping our promises, providing families with financial stability through life’s ups and downs.
