Your insights will directly influence financial planning, innovation launches, and customer fulfillment—making a measurable impact on how we grow, invest, and serve.What you will do…As a Senior Capacity Planner, you will:Develop and manage long-range capacity plans (3 weeks to 104 weeks)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production capabilities with demand signalsAnalyze data to identify constraints and opportunities across the networkSupport financial AOP planning and innovation readinessEnsure plans are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needsWho you will work with…You’ll report to a Director within the Capacity Planning team and work closely with:Fellow planners supporting different brandsPlant operations, scheduling, and manufacturing teamsSales, demand planning, material planners, and deployment teamsExternal partners and site-level leadershipWhat sets your team apart?This team is uniquely positioned at the intersection ofstrategy and execution. With ongoinggrowth through acquisitionand a focus on operational excellence, this role offers a front-row seat to transformation and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Campbell’s future.What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or BusinessMinimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain experienceIt would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food industryBackground in supply planning, scheduling, materials or demand planningFamiliarity with seasonal planning cycles and network optimizationStrong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience with SAP (preferably APO) and capacity planning toolsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $92,100-$132,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
