Concierge - Overnight

Description Job Overview: The Concierge - Overnight will support front desk operations at a luxury midrise on the Wilshire Boulevard. It's a great opportunity to get hands on experience as well as build your career in property management. Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work. Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes. Compensation: $22-$24 an hourFirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Job Responsibilities:Provides a warm welcome to residents and guestRegister guest or vendor in our System (connect)Announce all guest to resident for accessDirect guest to residents unitResponds to residents request in a professional mannerProvide orientation to new residents for move-in procedures and distribution of FOB'sResponds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient mannerMonitors and controls access to the building including CCTV systemMaintains daily log, records and forms using ConnectResolves and follows-up on all complaints/issuesProvides general concierge services (Reservations, Taxis, Directions, Computer Printing)Performs assigned administrative clerical, word and excel document workHelps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the buildingWalks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposesFollows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environmentConsistent and regular attendance requiredHave the ability to understand and complete all required formsOccasional overtime may be requiredMust have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends.Attend and participate in designated meetings or functions as requested by the General ManagerMay be assigned other duties by the General ManagerSkills & Qualifications:Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.Must be well groomed and maintain a professional demeanor at all timesA general knowledge of the community to provide directions and recommendationsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Command of information system hardware/software is preferredGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills requiredEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
