Primary Responsibilities As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, non-medical personal care services and contribute to a positive living environment for clients.Responsibilities include: Companionship & Personal Care: Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues Providing stabilization and assistance with walking Household Support: Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.) Washing and ironing laundry Health & Logistics: Providing medication and appointment reminders Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments Providing specialized care, including Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice care Reporting: Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a client’s needs Maintaining regular communication with your supervisor and the office staff Benefits & Support: We’ve Got You Covered We are committed to your success and well-being.We offer: Paid Training & Certification: No experience needed We provide comprehensive paid new-hire training and paid continuing education.  Competitive Pay & Perks: We offer competitive pay , options for early pay , referral bonuses , and regular rewards and recognition.
