Technical Lead/Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to lead the charge in transforming a mission-critical commercial application from its legacy foundations (including Citrix-based components) into a cloud-ready, containerized powerhouse. This is not a role for a sideline strategist. You will be the "player-coach" at the heart of the engineering team -setting the technical vision, architecting the solution, mentoring the team, and ensuring engineering excellence from the first line of code to the final deployment.  With the client technical team and architects, pioneer the modernization roadmap, architect the end-to-end technical vision for migrating the client’s core application to a modern stack. You help create the strategy for de-coupling services and charting the path to a scalable, microservices-based architecture running on Kubernetes. Drive Technical Design and Execution: Lead design sessions, make critical technology choices (frameworks, tools, patterns), and ensure the solution is not only elegant but also robust, secure, and performant. Champion Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for the entire software development lifecycle. You will lead by example in code reviews, define CI/CD pipeline strategies, and foster a culture of quality and automation. Lead and Empower a Talented Team: Mentor a team of skilled engineers, guiding their technical growth and fostering a collaborative environment. You'll support and guide, unblocking challenges and inspiring innovative solutions. Translate Vision into Reality: Serve as a key technical liaison between the engineering team, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
