SIRG was founded over 30 years ago to serve the Prudential Financial wealth management divisions. Today, SIRG provides services to a wide range of the Prudential Financial businesses, ranging from basic research and reporting to full-service platform consulting and discretionary multi-manager portfolio management. SIRG provides research to platforms with over $503 billion in assets and serves as portfolio managers to over $98 billion in assets. The Portfolio Construction team is accountable for asset allocation portfolios and model portfolios.  What you can expectHandle and track day to day inquiries from the SIRG teamProduct owner and liaison between the SIRG team and internal and external applications and technology teamsOversee the development and maintenance of SIRG applicationsProject Management and business analyst responsibilitiesProcess efficiency and evaluation implementationNew product launch set up in various applicationsWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)Ability to work in a team environment and individuallyStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactive; willingness and strong desire to learnMicrosoft 365 product suiteProject management experienceBusiness analyst experienceExperience with JIRA softwareExperience in the investment industryPrudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
