Has past cooking experience with the ability to follow recipes and has knowledge of roasting, baking, Sauteing, broiling and braising. Has proper knife skills and knows how to handle food safely to avoid contamination and foodborne illnesses.Whip up delicious dishes that'll make our residents taste buds dance with joy You'll be the wizard of flavors, catering to preferences and dietary needs while following food safety regulations like a pro.Show off your food safety superpowers by demonstrating proper handling techniques. Remember, with great cooking comes great responsibility.Keep your culinary kingdom spotless Maintain a squeaky-clean work area that would make even the pickiest health inspector proud.Master the art of culinary alchemy through various cooking methods. When your grilling, sauteing, broiling, roasting, or braising, you'll turn ordinary ingredients into extraordinary feastsChannel your inner recipe detective, following instructions with the precision of a master sleuth while keeping up with the fast-paced kitchen action. Time is of the essence, so put on your chef's hat and let's get cooking.QualificationsMust have at least 5 years cooking experience in a full service kitchen. High School diploma or GEDServe Safe Certificate or equivalent food safety certificationKnowledge of various cooking methods and techniquesAbility to read and follow recipes accuratelyStrong time management and multitasking skillsPhysical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts.
