Associate Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Associate Documentation Specialist. A successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The person in this position will join the Contracts and Documentation team supporting our Small Ticket group which is an integral part of Dext operations team.Dext Capital offers strong benefits and a world improvising mission. The company is committed to leveraging technology while enabling our employees to grow in a high-performance environment.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinate preparation of equipment loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframesCommunicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.Preferred Skills/Experience:General knowledge of legal documents used to support commercial leases/loansAbility to work with legal staff to solve documentation needsAbility to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation constructionAbility to master various software used in preparation of documents and funding packagesAbility to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environmentStrong organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skillsThe pay range for this role is:19.50 - 22 USD per hour(Headquarters)PI3bf71b12a7f5-30511-39264128
