Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible therapy to our clientsJob Summary: Our BCBAs provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals/progress with your team of Behavior TechniciansMeet weekly billable hour requirementLead intake Meetings with new clients and familiesConduct and score initial (and ongoing) cases using appropriate toolsTrain and supervise an average caseload of 6 clients and Technicians at capacityProvide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidatesDevelop parent training goals and lead parent training meetingsCollaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clientsProvide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessaryAttend team meetings as scheduledMaintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocolMaintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goalsExperiential & Certification Requirements:Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field requiredBCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board requiredValid state licensing for location(s) of practice requiredBLS Certification (or willingness to complete training course upon hire)Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday requiredReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMust submit to a federal, state, and county background checkPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to reach and hold objectsAbility to lift 30 poundsWhat You Will Bring:Enthusiasm to make a difference working with young children and their familiesExceptional ability in building trusting relationships and maintaining confidentialityCommitment to learn and pursue professional developmentStrong knowledge of ABA principlesStrong leadership qualitiesDemonstration of professionalism and adherence to Ally policy to members of your teamEffective communication skillsMulti-tasking & time managementCreative solutions to problems with the ability to quickly adaptPatience and calm demeanor in stressful situationsStrong performance in team settings & collaboration with othersWhat We Offer When Joining Our Team:Salaried, full-time positionMonthly bonus eligibility (on top of base salary)Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck (24)Company-sponsored DashPass18 days of paid time off9 paid holidays (5 set days + 4 "floating" holidays)CEU assistance and professional development opportunitiesMedical +HSA, Dental, and Vision coverage through Cigna401(k) plan with company match.Short-Term Disability (100% Employer-Paid)Employee Assistance ProgramTerm-Life/AD&D Insurance, Critical Illness with Cancer Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Pet InsuranceTuition Assistance eligibility at 6-month benchmarkNote: This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.Ally Behavior is an equal opportunity employer.
