If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine, a keenunderstanding of sushi techniques, and are committed to culinary excellence, weinvite you to showcase your skills at our restaurant.  KeyResponsibilities: Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishesin accordance with established recipes. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensurethe highest standards of food quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized sushi station,adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in inventory management, ordering, andmaintaining quality control of sushi ingredients. Mentor and train junior kitchen staff,contributing to the development of a cohesive culinary team. Actively participate in menu development,bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement.  Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or ina similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment. Strong understanding of various sushi techniquesand Japanese cuisine. Attention to detail and a commitment tomaintaining high-quality culinary standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchenenvironment.
