SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining IMCO’s daily sample requests from the DON Sales Force. Additionally, this position will assist IMCO’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) group, on an as-needed basis.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES Fulfill all daily IMCO sample requests from Sales. This includes: pulling sample requests electronically, requesting orders to be “dropped” at the DC and/or pulling product from IMCO sample area, packing products, print shipping labels, and stage boxes in DC’s outbound shipping area. Assist IMCO’s SCM group by updating Purchase Orders (POs) in DON’s computer system; for example, revising delivery dates, cost, etc. Assist with maintaining IMCO PO files and ensuring all shipment documents are in order. Keep IMCO team members informed of any/all issues within assigned area of responsibility.  Perform other duties as assigned  External Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required with one year of relevant work experience in Purchasing, Distribution, or Supply Chain Operations. Must have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel and Word). Preferred: Import Experience (i.e. working with Offshore Suppliers) is preferred. Previous SAP experience
