If this excites you, wed love to have you join us. About the Role As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiriesCommunicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficientlyProvide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items Requirements: You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiriesYou hold a valid Pharmacist License in the state of employmentYou are resourceful, optimistic, creative, and enjoy helping your teamYou understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processesYou are available to work within operating hours: Denver Pharmacy Hours: Mon- Fri 8AM - 6PM and Sat/Sun 10AM- 3PM What We Offer Competitive compensation, commensurate with qualifications and experienceBased on the hours you work, you could qualify for our full range of benefits, medical, dental, and vision coverageall designed to support your health and well-beingPart-time and full-time team members can join our 401(k) after 30 days with usThe opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare and technologyThe opportunity to execute on a high-impact mission, to build a pharmacy that works for everyone, within a $425 billion pharmacy industry touching 70% of Americans once a month Capsule is committed to hiring the best team possible to build a pharmacy that works for everyone.
