We tailor care plans to our clients' needs, whether they are transitioning from the hospital to home or just need companionship for a few hours a day.Silver Lining Home Health Care is looking to hire part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregivers to provide in-home care services to our clients in Newark DE area and some of the surrounding areas.
