Job DescriptionAre you interested in working with a team to support districts and schools to implement Learning through Play with their students?Bring your enthusiasm and organization skills to our team to help support how districts implement our learning through play experiences in classrooms.Temporary Position (6 Months Contract)Core ResponsibilitiesSupporting Education Impact team activities.Scheduling/Coordinating professional learning.Coordinating events.Collaborating with and communicating with LEGO Education Academy Certified Trainers.Crafting and maintaining reports.Invoicing.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Education Impact Coordinator will play a role in supporting the organization’s ambition to ensure every student succeeds in learning with our solutions. As part of the Education Impact team, this role will focus on coordination of and communication around US services and Education Impact team activities. Strong communication across multiple stakeholders will be key to managing the professional learning sessions, services, events and related reporting. Do you have what it takes? 3 years minimum experience in training or coordinating training.Experience using LEGO Education solutions with students or coordinating at district level preferred.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Strong technology skills.must be familiar with current guidelines, policies, and regulations as they pertain to education.Please note that relocation support is not offered for this roleAdditional details on this position:The salary for this position has a range of $78,800-118,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025.
