OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, 76106. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. If you are a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance facility operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
