Leading people and leading products go hand in hand; it’s how we stay grounded in our users, our data, and the impact we deliver.As a Senior Director of Product, you will lead at scale, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional delivery across one of Deel’s most complex and impactful product areas. You will shape the roadmap, align global teams, and work with customers and stakeholders to bring ambitious ideas to life. It is the pace that drives how we work, grow, and make decisions every day.What You’ll DoLead delivery of major product initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing customer impact, quality, and velocityDefine, communicate, and drive product strategy across your area, influencing teams of 15–20 Product Managers and Product OwnersPartner with leaders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM to deliver scalable, high-integrity productsManage complex customer and operational challenges directly, ensuring learnings feed back into the roadmapBuild scalable product development systems that keep teams aligned and focused on measurable outcomesOperate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, earning credibility through clarity, follow-through, and deliverySupport organisational scaling efforts as Deel continues to expand globallyEstablish strong routines for alignment, prioritisation, and accountability across time zonesOperating in a Complex, Scaling EnvironmentComfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating with distributed teamsExperienced in complex product environments such as fintech, SaaS, or platforms operating at global scaleSkilled at partnering with cross-functional teams and customers to understand pain points and translate them into product solutionsSystems thinker who can simplify complexity and bring structure to ambiguityModels resilience and composure under pressure, especially when managing live issues or customer-facing escalationsThrives in high-expectation environments where results, reliability, and pace matterOperates with Deel Speed, balancing urgency with precision and ensuring execution keeps pace with ambitionQualifications10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadershipProven ability to lead large, multi-team product organisations in complex domainsTrack record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing PM talentDeep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methodsComfortable working both strategically and tactically, leading teams while owning key initiatives directlyData-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skillsExperience in fast-paced, high-growth product environmentsExperience working in fully remote or global teams a strong plusWhat to ExpectYou will report directly to a Head of Product and work alongside other senior product leaders covering global time zones.
