The Old Spaghetti Factory has an Immediate Opening for a Busser to join our Team Hourly Pay Plus Tips Apply online Now or in person 2-4pm About Us: Busser Job Description: Bussers are responsible for the cleanliness, organization and table-turn of the restaurant, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, and assisting the waitstaff in delivering outstanding service. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a are crucial to this role. Busser's receive hourly pay and tip share pool What You Will Do: Ensure tables are cleared tables of dishes, utensils and trash. Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly. Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests. Assist Team About You: Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive, friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
