You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and assisting in maintaining a lawful environment. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.ResponsibilitiesProtect agency personnel, consumers, premises and assetsMaintain high visibility presence, prevent and when necessary, intervene in an illegal or inappropriate actionsUtilize de-escalation with agitated clientsRemove wrongdoers or trespassers from the areaSubmit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrencesSkillsProven experience as security officer or guardKnowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safetyFamiliarity with report writingExcellent surveillance and observation skillsRegistered as a security officerMUST be punctual and on-time for all shiftsJob Type: Part-time Schedule:MorningsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Security: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Sora Card (Preferred)Driver's License (Required)Bonuses paid after 90 & 180 daysMust be able to pass background check and drug screening
