A leading construction firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in civil construction for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavating, site work, and utilities, primarily focused on roads and infrastructure projects. If you have a passion for managing projects, understanding contracts, reading and interpreting plans, and scheduling, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including excavating, site work, and utilities.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and successful completion.Read and understand contracts, plans, and specifications.Utilize HCSS Software, Viewpoint Software, and Excel for project management. (Preferred Software)Work closely with the construction team to maintain project quality and efficiency.Split time between the field and office to oversee project progress and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in civil construction project management.Commercial experience in project management.Construction Management degree preferred but not required.Proficiency in Procore preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn from others.
