We're on the lookout for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers navigate their financial journey. Branch hours for this role are between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mon-Fri and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM rotating Saturdays.Why Choose Us?We value our employees and offer Universal Banker competitive compensation, between $20 and $22 per hour, depending on experience with additional incentives tied to loan production. Your responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with loan applications, promoting credit union products, and exceeding monthly loan production targets. You will interact with customers in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional experiences that ensure your success.Universal Banker QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, minimum age: 18, previous experience in customer service and financial services, knowledge of consumer lending practices, strong proficiency in cash handling.If you're detail-oriented, customer-centric, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
