Job Description: This position's primary purpose is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner as established by company procedures and as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times. Selected candidates will clean resident apartments and common areas based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities Provide quality cleaning services to residents of Fellowship Square. Be helpful and polite to residents, understand their needs and respect their privacy, personal property, and confidentiality. Keep areas of responsibility clean, neat, and organized. Cooperate with and be polite to all staff, residents, and visitors. Notify supervisor of necessary repairs or safety concerns. Qualifications Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred. Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in English. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Ability to manage your time efficiently. Able to work in various weather elements. Work well unsupervised. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Capable of being organized and maintain a professional appearance. Hard worker. Team player.
