Our caregivers/home health aides/personal care aides and team enjoy the following benefits and perks: Competitive pay at $19-22 an hour, with Weekly Pay Flexible schedule, pick your hours and schedule Paid Sick Time Training and Development Employee Discount programs Bonus programs Mileage reimbursement Responsibilities of a caregiver/home health aide/personal care aide: Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment Cooking and light cleaning Assist with daily acts of living such as bathing, grooming, and incontinence care Requirements you must have: Valid California Health Care Aide certificate and registered with the state required 21 years of age or older Reliable transportation, driver's license preferred Ability to lift at least 50 pounds 1 year of caregiving experience Willing to travel to client's homes Right at Home Alameda is an equal opportunity employer.
