Regional Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Licensed Home Care Services Agency / LHCSA based in Rockland Co, NY. They are looking to add a Regional Director of Clinical Services to help improve, implement, and maintain their clinical quality & compliance program. A Registered Nurse is required with a strong clinical quality leadership background in Home Care. This person will be a resource for multiple offices but no regular travel is required. Knowledge of New York home care regulations is a must. Skilled Home Health (CHHA), Hospice, or other care-in-the-home based service experience may be considered. Regional Director of Clinical Services Requirements Strong clinical Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) single or multi-site leadership experience as a Registered Nurse. Expert in Medicaid and Private Pay rules and regulations. CHAP experience a plus. Regional Director of Clinical Services Responsibilities Assess, develop, and manage clinical QAPI program. Conduct survey readiness audits. Work collaboratively with leadership to improve processes and procedures. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
