Piper Companies is seeking a QC Micro Associate to support operations onsite in RTP, North Carolina. This role will perform microbiological testing, utility sampling, and environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. Responsibilities for the QC Micro Associate include:Collect and process water, WFI, compressed gases, and perform viable/non-viable environmental monitoring in cleanroom areas. Conduct endotoxin testing, bioburden analysis, microbial identification, and prepare media/reagents while maintaining lab equipment.  Ensure accurate documentation following GDP and maintain adherence to cGMP, USP, and internal quality standards. Assist with lab upkeep, stocking, cleaning, and support deviation reports and investigations as needed. Qualifications for the QC Micro Associate include:Minimum of 2 years in QC Microbiology, preferably with hands-on endotoxin testing experience. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations strongly preferred. Proven ability to accurately follow written procedures and maintain compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field required. Compensation for the QC Micro Associate include: Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 based on years of experience Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO (Paid Time Off), Holidays, Sick leave as required by law This job opens for applications on 12/1/2025.
