APRN must provide the full scope of pulmonary care services at nursing homes and long term care facilities, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance of their patients. The company provides Nurse- Practitioners to Skilled Nursing homes in Florida to work with the facilities nursing team to improve quality care and reduce rehospitalizations.
