That's Perdue.SummaryThe Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage and hire top talent into mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments and functions.  They will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expertise in sourcing, candidate evaluation and market trends.  The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also participate in developing sourcing strategies for executive-level recruitments, candidate experience initiatives and other projects critical to support the Talent Acquisition team.The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).  In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.  Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles from job posting through offer acceptance.Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies.Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to aid in developing creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.Drive and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Meet and achieve superior results around recruitment KPIs including time to fill, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction and compliance audits.Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required using available tools such as the ATS.Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies.Provide back-up support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and operate as a strong team member within the TA Service Delivery Team.Mentor and provide guidance to more junior recruiters.Minimum Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, and 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience for mid-senior management and executive Corporate positions. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. The ideal candidate will also have:Proven track record of successful full life cycle recruitment process and delivery for senior level roles.Ability to drive process and build strong working relationships with hiring management and HR Business Partners.Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills..Experience delivering Talent Acquisition KPIs such as Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Agency Utilization, etc.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as business needs require. PREFERRED:Masters Degree 7-10 years of relevant experienceEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is office based in an open cubicle environment.  Perdue Farms Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
