This position will be responsible for processing collateral and preparing daily funding requests for factoring clients.    Job Functions:Provide front-line customer service to clientsReview invoice schedules for accuracy and completenessEnsure notification letters are accurate and in place on all customersOrganize documentation and prepare client invoices as neededMonitor and analyze verifications of invoicesPurchase invoice schedules and prepare advance formsHandle other duties as needed Experience and Qualifications:  HS Diploma or equivalent required1-3 years of experience working in a factoring, commercial finance, collateral analysis, or a banking environment is preferred      Skills and Physical Demands:  Ability to manage deadlines and priorities, and manage competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or customer service standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and detail orientedKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeBilingual in Spanish and English preferredRequires prolonged sitting, some bending and stoopingOccasional lifting up to 25 poundsManual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculatorRequires normal range of hearing and vision #LI-OnsiteOur Culture:  Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
