Description: Zyscovich Architects is a nationally renowned integrated Urban Design, Architecture, and Interior Design firm headquartered in Miami, with additional locations in New York City, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, and Bogota. Zyscovich's 45-year portfolio includes aviation, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, retail, education and commercial facilities. The Architect/Designer will work in the interior architecture studio primarily on educational projects of various size, giving clients an excellent service both on design and delivery; continually provide design solutions, improving design quality, and working profitably for the firm. Duties: Drawing production, conceptual designs, presentations and design development. Coordination with technical team, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Produce finish, furniture and equipment specifications for interior spaces as well and adjacent exterior spaces. Work collaboratively with office staff and other satellite offices Self-starter, able to work independently and able to multi-task Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters or foreign equivalent 5+ years professional experience Understand trends, construction methods, finishes and how to execute design concepts into construction documents. Understanding of furniture specifications as well as construction administration. Possess visual and verbal communication skills; computer presentation and rendering skills. Creative individual that is inspired by progressive, modern art and design. Adaptable to working in a high energy, quick thinking environment Graphic and visualization skills, be capable of using 2D/3D software. Excellent Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD Proficiency with Sketch Up, Photoshop 3D Studio MAX, In-Design, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
