Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. Qualifications:Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
