Your Impact as DON: Provide strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver top-tier care Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Develop and monitor individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team Drive quality assurance, infection control, and risk management programs Partner with the Administrator to promote clinical excellence and a positive work culture What You Bring: Active RN license in Virginia 3+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines (CMS, VA State) Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow high-performing teams Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence What We Offer: Attractive Compensation: Enjoy competitive pay that truly values your contributions.
