Master Sales & Customer Experience – Guide customers through their shopping journey, demonstrate the latest technology, and provide expert recommendations. Be a Problem Solver – Address customer concerns with care, patience, honesty, and empathy to create positive outcomes. Stay Up to Date – Continuously learn about new wireless products, industry trends, and Verge Mobile’s operational processes. Achieve & Exceed Goals – Maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and sales performance targets.
