Lead Maintenance Technician

JOB TITLE: Lead Maintenance Technician & Inspector LOCATION: Chino, CA PAY RATE: $45-49/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Job Details: Full-time Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision PTO + holidays 401(k) OEM training and growth opportunity Qualifying Questions: Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary? Summary: Specialize in Gulfstream, Challenger, and other general aviation jets. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced A&P mechanic ready to take on inspection authority and mentor others in a safety-first, TQM-driven, people-oriented environment. Lead and perform inspections and maintenance on general aviation jets. Serve as a certified Inspector under FAA Part 145 requirements. Mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement and quality compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements: FAA A&P license (required). 35+ years experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, or similar aircraft. Inspector-qualified under Part 145. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and quality systems. Leadership experience with a team-focused mindset. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
