Position Summary: Act as a knowledgeable advisor to commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee the daily management of commercial insurance accounts, providing expertise and innovative solutions to the needs of diverse clients.BenefitsAnnual Base Salary + Bonus OpportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceParental LeaveHands on TrainingMon-Fri ScheduleCareer Growth OpportunitiesRetirement PlanEvenings Off4 O'clock FridaysResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring timely and efficient handling of renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a relationship of trust and partnership.Collaborate with producers to identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.Review and analyze policies, endorsements, and proposals for accuracy and compliance with regulations.Provide clients with guidance on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in CRM systems and adhere to internal workflows and documentation protocols.Monitor market trends, underwriting guidelines, and policy changes to provide clients with the most current information.Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.Assist clients in the claims process by providing support and advocacy.RequirementExperience: Minimum of 1 year in a commercial insurance account management role.Licensing: Current Oregon State Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain license required.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal communications.Customer Service: A demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and address client needs effectively.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members.Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.Technology: Proficient in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
