Help with the preparation and organization of materials and tools for each project. Follow instructions and learn from hands-on experience for electrical tasks. Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical code regulations under supervision. Aid in the maintenance and organization of equipment and inventory. Provide support by managing worksite cleanliness and preparing the area for electrical work. Engage in HomePro's continuous training programs to enhance electrical and safety knowledge. Develop skills to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics with time and training. Support team members in delivering HomePro's commitment to excellent service.**Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Qualifications: TDLR Apprentice License  Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions. Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Strong work ethic and punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites.
