Reporting to the Program Manager, the Business Financial Management (BFM) Analyst position supports a broad range of program/project management, business financial management and data analytics requirements. This is a contingent position expected to be located in Charleston, SC . What You'll Do Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Project to support program/project management, business financial management and data analytics requirements. Support planning, execution, management, reporting and reconciliation of funding for numerous lines of accounting. Support PRs and associated documentation development. Support development of workflows and standard operating procedures to streamline business processes. Analyze data in order to render high impact data visualizations that illustrate key programmatic, financial and operational metrics. Bid and proposal support if requested. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance or relevant technical field required. Five (5) years of program/project management and/or business financial management experience supporting DoD programs. Working knowledge of the Programming Planning, Budgeting and Execution lifecycle. Experience with Navy ERP or other similar financial accounting system used to track and reconcile Obligations, Commitments and Expenditures. Strong understanding of appropriations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
