All Managerial hires start with the title “Management Trainee”. We slow-walk this (paid) training to ensure our leaders are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes, well-respected by their teams and peers, and fully capable of leading our teams with poise and credibility. As our Management Trainees advance through the levels of managerial training, we offer Certification Bonuses at each level (Shift Lead Certification, Assistant Manager Certification, and General Manager Certification), in addition to any bonuses they may earn through regular restaurant results/metric achievements.
