From day one, you'll embark on an enriching training program, familiarizing yourself with our policies and procedures, and acquiring the skills needed to deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests expect.Responsibilities:Manage daily restaurant operations, including the selection, onboarding, training, and supervision of team members.Ensure excellent results in guest service, food quality, sales, profits, and cost management.Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.Ensure facility safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with all regulations.The above is not an all-inclusive job description.Qualifications:Proficient in reading and writing.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.Benefits: Health, Dental, Eye Care, Life Insurance, and 401K program are available after meeting eligibility requirements.
