Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)New Wage Scale – Up to $23.50/hourShift Differentials AvailableShifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. NOC Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. Schedules: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN available Job Summary:Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs perform a variety of duties to support residents in accordance with their care plans and long-term care standards. Essential Functions: Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene (ADLs) Serve and collect meal trays; assist residents with eating as needed Transport residents safely via wheelchair or assist with ambulation Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin issues Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and weights as directed Accurately complete documentation and communicate resident changes Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members Qualifications: Required: Active CNA certification in the State of Montana Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork Benefits: Private Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision) UKG Wallet – Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Ongoing Training & Development Opportunities We strive to embody and stand for both a spirit and value system that encourages loyalty, honesty, and a commitment to caring from our belief that people are always the number one priority.
