Participants will work alongside experienced engineers to support the design and improvement of vehicle-mounted air compressors, generators, welders, and other custom products. This program is ideal for individuals passionate about mechanical systems, innovation, and real-world engineering applications Potential Projects Software Configuration using Python Programming Utilizing programming software to run product simulations Changing and updating code in the telematics portal Designing products and specifications Prototyping and testing products Basic Qualifications Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship  Preferred Qualifications An engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or any related engineering technology Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) Desire to work in a manufacturing environment  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong verbal and written communication skills  Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
