The Compliance Monitoring Analyst reports to the Compliance Sr. Manager and is primarily responsible for executing monitoring activities within DaVita's regulatory compliance monitoring program. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining and continuously improving upon compliance monitoring activities that mitigate risk to DaVita, ensuring practices, procedures and policies comply with federal and state rules and regulations, company policies and guidelines.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Primary focus:

Perform compliance monitoring activities to verify accuracy of data and adherence to policies and processes Analyze, investigate and resolve concerns that arise from monitoring activities Develop and maintain detailed documentation of monitoring activities Collect data, analyze and summarize metrics and trends for upper management Provide education, guidance and corrective action to teammates of various levels Develop and project manage initiatives that include clear objectives, milestones and action items Maintain appropriate confidentiality with personal and sensitive data

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the healthcare or operational/business setting required Demonstrated skills in data analysis and project management with strong attention to detail required Effective time management and organization skills required to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines Advanced skills in MS Excel required Proficiency in big data analysis, development and maintenance of relational databases, and/or building complex queries and macros preferredExperience with MC Access, SQL, VBA, Tableau or similar, a plusKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, a plus Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact professionally and positively with teammates at various levels across the company

Salary/ Wage Range

$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
