What will you be doing? This Client Lead - Agency Partnerships & Platforms role is a dynamic, multi-faceted role responsible for the project management and support of our largest agency platform engagements. This is a cross-functional role that provides the opportunity to work with Circana’s market leading data assets & solutions and major ad tech platform partners who help enable these assets and solutions for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that deliver exceptional results for clients. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our client relationships and contribute to our overall business growth. Job Responsibilities Develop Sales Strategy: Define agency level sales. Act as the sales arm for all agencies. Ownership & Support: Provide cross-brand team support via connections into agency relationships as a focus area when called upon. Targeted Outreach: Construct relevant communications across agency functions across upstream teams (Planning, Strategy, Audience Sci, Analytics) and downstream teams (Precision, Programmatic, Media Investment, TV/CTV, Social). Collaborate Internally: Work with internal stakeholders to uncover account growth opportunities.  Maintain Agency Connectivity: Insulate and protect Circana from agency switches and turn over through consistent relationship management and outreach. Qualify & Close: Qualify leads, update sales tools, and engage support teams for deal closure (buy-side and agency partner success teams). Support Partner Success: Align with partner success to track growth areas, partnership status, and handoff opportunities, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration. Commercial Agreements: Assist in finalizing commercial agreements at account level and run points on enterprise level partnership opportunities. Requirements Years of experience: 7+ years in Media (CPG, Retail, and/or Agencies) in client facing, project management focused roles. Strong sales skills inclusive of disciplined pipeline management; experience or capacity to call, own and deliver against a number; business plan/client penetration development and execution; strong influencing skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing activities based on levels of sales opportunities. Experience developing strategies to expand services and penetrate client organizations based on gaining knowledge of client pain points and anticipating potential emerging business issues. Specific software: Microsoft and/or Google productivity suites, background working with business intelligence programs such as PowerBI, Tableau to manage account reporting and reports a plus. Platforms: Experience with ad tech/platforms (DSPs, Clean Rooms, etc.) a must. The salary range for this role is $120K-$145K. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
