Job DescriptionFLEET AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST YOU SHOULD WORK FOR EST…If you would enjoy working with a small but mighty family business in Tempe, Arizona, and you bring a solid knowledge of what it takes to manage a fleet of vehicles and specialty equipment ensuring effective availability and use, and you are skilled in multi-facility maintenance management we want you to apply… now.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:Ensures timely vehicle maintenance and accurate records for a fleet of 60+ vehicles plus trailers and other specialty equipment.Ability to perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance, repairs, ensures landscape and custodial contracts are fulfilled, manage warranties for new construction.Manages the full life cycle of company assets and procures new vehicles and specialty equipment as required.Willing and able to travel extensively, locally as well as overnight and out of state.Excellent driving record and willing to submit to a thorough background check that complies with the DoD and our other government partners. Pay depends on experience and skill level.Also, great benefits.RequirementsJOB REQUIREMENTS:This position is for those who live each day with courage and take pride in their work.Must provide excellent service to our valued customers.Perform many maintenance, safety, and management tasks for the assigned fleet and related assets: vehicles, trailers, heavy equipment, specialty equipment or tools, and buildings/grounds/facilitiesThe job is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking, maneuvering around moving objects/machinery, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing or raising, objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions, may include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
