Programming as needed. Incident Resolution (L1) - Escalated from L0. Programming as needed. CSA Changes - Proficiency, skill changes, activate/deactivate, etc. Dashboard(s) - Create for each team Business Admin Support - Hours of operation, activate/deactivate meetings, user proficiency changes, activate/deactivate users WFM (Work Force Management) Programming Key Skills: RingCentral, RCCC (Ring Central Contact Center) storage, Genesys, Cyara, A/B testing, SRD territories, CaaS routing programming, CCaaS MACD, Networking and IPT basics.
