We are currently looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics (Clinical) in North Carolina.In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide a team of biostatisticians in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies within the oncology domain. You will play a key part in advancing innovative molecular diagnostic programs, ensuring scientific rigor and high-quality statistical deliverables. The role offers the opportunity to drive strategic biostatistical decisions, mentor and develop team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful clinical insights. You will contribute to the adoption of novel statistical approaches, support study design innovation, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
