Allow our pre-arrival Concierge to stock your villa’s kitchen fully, sign up for group classes in our open-air Yoga Pavilion and stay as long as you’d like.About the role:At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Restaurant Manager takes full ownership and accountability for Seasons restaurant, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional experiences. This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, including staff leadership, service standards, cost control, and facility maintenance. The Restaurant Manager ensures seamless dining experiences, manages reservations and seating, prepares schedules and payroll, and maintains effective communication across teams. Acting as the primary leader for Seasons, this position embodies responsibility for performance, guest satisfaction, and team success. What you will do:Train, supervise, and discipline restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests throughout their dining experience.Manage reservations and seating assignments according to service standards.Ensure staff consistently demonstrate proper service techniques for all meal periods.Anticipate and secure necessary materials, supplies, and equipment.Monitor food, beverage, and equipment usage to control costs and maintain efficiency.Oversee facility conditions, recommending repairs or improvements as needed.Prepare staff schedules, payroll, and required revenue/labor documentation.Support the Food & Beverage team and assume responsibility for the restaurant when needed.What you bring:Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management.2 year’s restaurant management and/or supervisory experience, 6 months food & beverage service experience.Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising.Will take ownership and accountability for the overall operations and success of Seasons Restaurant.What we offer: Salary Range: $80,000.00-$85,000.00401(k) Retirement Savings PlanExcellent training and development opportunitiesExclusive discount and travel programs with Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsSchedule & Hours:Full timeEarly mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
