The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing. Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct training and development for quality assurance personnel. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability. Maintain accurate quality records and prepare performance reports. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Bonus Qualifications Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience in supplier quality management or New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP).
